Hand Goodness is a new initiative aimed at helping the displaced and devastated people in Gaza. It was started in July 2024 by Dina Nader. The primary focus of Hand Goodness is on malnourished children and breastfeeding mothers in Gaza.

Dr Ahmed has a medical tent in Gaza with 3 team members. They are dealing 70-100 patients in Gaza daily and distributing essential non food items to the needy ones.

Nedal started a field kitchen in Deir El Balah, Gaza, to cook food and distribute it to those in need. Moreover, he also distributes clean water in different areas of Gaza. They serve hundreds of Gazans every day.
