PROCEDURE

• We have patients from Gaza in the queue who are waiting to connect with a doctor online (increasing day-by-day).
• Doctors who are interested to volunteer can join by filling the form below.
• You will be only contacted in your free time. On average, one medical consultation call lasts for up to 10 minutes.
• You will have the choice to opt for medical consultations relevant to your expertise. You can volunteer for as little as 30 to 60 minutes per day on specific days of the week that suit your schedule.
• The medical consultation will take place in either English or Arabic. If the patient cannot communicate in English and you can not communicate in Arabic, we will add an Arabic-speaking translator to assist you during the medical consultation call.
• Our team will connect the doctor with the patient via Whatsapp.
• Communication with the patient will be in English or Arabic. In case the patient is completely unable to understand English, we will connect an Arabic-speaking translator with the doctor.
• Doctor will provide consultation and prescribe medicines.
• The patient will get  the medicines from nearby medical sellers, medical tents or clinics. In case of unavailability of prescribed medicines; the patient shall aware the doctor regarding the available alternatives.
• In some cases, the consultation call will take place inside a medical tent or clinic, coordinated with the medical staff
